Refund Policy
At LeogoVisa, we strive to offer transparent, reliable, and efficient visa application services. Due to the nature of visa processing, which involves third-party fees, time-sensitive documentation, and government regulations, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Services
- All service fees paid to LeogoVisa for visa consultation, documentation support, and application submission are non-refundable once the process has begun.
- Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party service costs (such as courier, translation, or notary services) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The visa application has not been submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate.
- A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions), and a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the payment.
- Services have not yet been rendered or partially completed.
3. Rejected or Delayed Applications
- LeogoVisa is not responsible for the decision made by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Hence, no refunds will be issued for rejected, delayed, or modified visa decisions.
- Incomplete or false documentation provided by the applicant will void any refund request.
4. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to refund@leogovisa.com within 24 hours of order placement and before any processing has started.
- Approved cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee to cover transaction and platform costs.
5. Processing Time
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original method of payment.
6. Force Majeure
LeogoVisa shall not be held liable for refunds due to delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, embassy closures, political unrest, or technical failures).
